Description
The building is a row of circa 1840 cottages constructed upon earlier foundations. It is built of yellow brick with flat rubbed brick arches over the windows, and retains original glazing bars. The doorways have semi-circular arched brick surrounds, and most retain their original bead flush panel doors; however, number 1 has a modern glazed door. The cottages comprise numbers 1 to 5 of Three Kings Yard, and are part of a group which includes numbers 3 to 15A (odd) Three Kings Yard, a pump and railing, Chapel Remains, and numbers 19 to 23 (odd), alongside numbers 8 and 10 High Street.
