Description
The Ship Inn is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th century or earlier, standing two storeys high. It was refaced in the early 19th century with red brick and grey headers, which are now painted. The first floor of the west wall features exposed curved braces with plaster infilling. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles, and there is a modillion eaves cornice. The building has four modern windows and a modern doorcase topped with a flat wooden hood.
