Description

Southfleet Post Office and Danetre and Fiveways is a 17th-century timber-framed building. Fiveways is an 18th-century addition, and there is an early 19th-century extension to the Post Office on the left side. The structure has two storeys and features a mix of pebbledash, brick, tile hanging, and stucco. The roof is mostly covered with old tiles, except for the early 19th-century part of the Post Office, which has a slate roof. There are six windows, most of which have been altered, and a large 17th-century chimney stack. Inside, there are exposed beams and an old Sun fire plaque.
