This 18th century building, now used as a garage, is located adjoining All Saints Court to the southwest. It is a single-storey structure made of painted brick and features an old tiled roof with two hipped dormers and a garage entrance. This building, along with All Saints Cottage and No 5A St Peter's Street, forms a group.
