Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on Whitstable Road. It features two parallel ranges and is two storeys high, with a stuccoed exterior. The old tiled roof is adorned with a wooden bracket cornice. The front has two sash windows with wooden architraves that still have their glazing bars intact. The central doorcase includes a small weatherhood, brackets, fluted pilasters, and a six-panelled door with some glazed panels. On the side elevation, there are traces of windows that have been built out.
