Description

Tannery House is an early 19th century building that likely incorporates elements from an older structure. It features two storeys and two parallel ranges, with a stuccoed exterior and a tiled roof. The building has a parapet with a moulded eaves cornice and six sash windows that retain their glazing bars. The western half of the front has a flat bay containing three windows, while the adjacent window bay also projects, though to a lesser extent. There is a porch supported by fluted columns and topped with a projecting cornice. The rear elevation is a mix of painted brick and pebbledash.
