Description

Chalkwell House is an early 19th-century building located at No. 75 London Road in Milton Regis. It is constructed of red brick and features two storeys with a semi-basement. The roof is covered with slate. The front façade includes three sash windows with intact glazing bars, and a round-headed casement window is positioned in the center of the first floor. A porch supported by Doric columns leads to the entrance, which is accessed by six steps and includes a doorcase with a rectangular fanlight above a door made up of six fielded panels.
