Description

Number 9 Ashford Road is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with attics. The exterior is weatherboarded and features long and short quoins. The roof has two hipped dormers and a modillion eaves cornice. The front has two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The doorcase is adorned with pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a six-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 13 (odd).
