No. 25 Ashford Road is a late 18th century or early 19th century building. It is two storeys tall, constructed of painted brick, and features a tiled roof with an eaves cornice. The façade includes five sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing. At the north end of the building, there are two modern bay windows, a modern gabled porch, and a garage that has been cut into the ground floor. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 21 to 27 (odd).
