Description
Number 10 Temple Square is a 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features painted stucco with a projecting plinth and a string course at the first floor level. The building has a plain parapet and chamfered quoins. There are seven windows on the first floor, one of which is blocked, and six on the ground floor, all of which are altered sashes. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped with a rectangular fanlight that has a diamond and square pattern. This door is set within a doorcase that includes pilasters and cut scroll brackets, supporting a moulded cornice and pediment. The roof is made of Welsh slate and there are flanking chimneys and two box dormers. The interior may contain earlier ceiling beams and other features. All the listed buildings in Temple Square are part of a group.
