Description

This is a headstone located about 10 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St. Mary in Orlestone. It dates from around 1745 and stands approximately 2½ feet high. The headstone features doubled Rocaille heads that are scrolled, along with motifs of an hourglass and a winged cherub.
