Description
Hollybush Farmhouse is a 16th-century house, substantially re-clad in the 18th century. It is constructed with timber framing, portions of which remain exposed as close studding, and areas of red and blue brick. The roof is tiled, with a hipped form and gablets, and includes stacks centrally at the rear and at the right end. The house follows a four-bay hall house plan. The upper floor has four wooden casement windows, while the ground floor has three, all with leaded lights. A boarded door is located in a hipped porch at the centre left. An exposed timber frame is visible on the right return. A catslide outshot projects from the rear, and the listing recognizes its group value.
