Description

Old Eastside is a house dating from the early 18th century. It features painted brick and fish-scale tile hanging, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has a two-cell lobby entry plan and stands two storeys high beneath a half-hipped roof with a central chimney stack. On the first floor, there are two three-light leaded metal casements and a central single light, while the ground floor has two three-light casements. The central door consists of six raised and fielded panels, set within a gabled porch. There is an outshot to the left of the house.
