Description

Burr Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century, with cladding added in the 18th century. It is timber framed and covered with red and blue brick, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has a lobby entry plan and consists of two storeys and an attic, set on a plinth. The roof is hipped and features a moulded and corbelled stack cluster on the right, along with a stack projecting from the left end and one hipped dormer. Each floor has three wooden casements with leaded glass, and the ground floor windows have segmental heads. There is a boarded door to the right and a catslide outshot at the rear.
