Aisled barn, converted in past to cottage, now garage. C16. Timber frame, rubble and brick plinth, plain tile hipped roof. Exposed close studding and curved tension bracing. Hipped mid-strey. Interior: 4 bays with aisles, internal C20 brick divisions, renewed roof. Igglesdon describes it as the gardener's cottage, previously a private chapel. (Igglesdon, XXI, 1927).
