Description

This is a 17th-century barn located about 10 metres west of Three Chimneys in Lamberhurst, Cousley Wood. It features a timber frame and is weather boarded on a sandstone base, with repairs made using red brick. The roof is tiled and hipped to the left, with an outshot and projecting aisle, while the right side has a half-hipped design with a central hipped midstrey. Inside, the barn consists of three bays with a single aisle and a renewed clasped purlin roof.
