Description

Laurenden Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on the east side of Church Lane in Challock Lees. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof. The building has one storey and an attic, with a hipped roof. There is one flat-topped dormer that breaks the eaves and a central stack. The windows are 20th-century wood casements. The front door consists of three fielded panels and is set within a 20th-century weatherboard porch located in front of the stack. This cottage is included in the register for its group value.
