Description

Wisteria House is an 18th-century house located on the south side of The Street in Chilham. It is constructed of painted brick and features a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys above a basement, with a parapet on its hipped roof and end stacks. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all with gauged heads and glazing bar sashes. There are also two partially blocked segment-headed windows in the basement. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set in a moulded wood surround, which is adorned with pilasters and a triangular pediment.
