Description

Fallon Farmhouse is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier, with cladding added in the early 18th century. It features a timber frame that is clad with red brick, as well as red and blue chequered brick and tile hanging, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building likely began as a hall house with a separately framed cross-wing. It has two storeys, with the central first floor being tile hung. The roof is hipped with gablets, and there is a lower hipped cross-wing on the right side. There are stacks located at the front left, to the right, and projecting at the end right. The farmhouse has three wooden casement windows on each floor and a boarded door to the right. At the rear, there is a catslide outshot.
