Description

Peartree Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century, with cladding added in the 18th century. It features a timber frame that is clad with red brick and has a tile-hung first floor, topped by a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high, with a hipped roof that includes gablets and chimney stacks positioned to the centre right and at the rear right. On the first floor, there are two wooden casement windows, while the ground floor has one casement window and two additional windows to the left in a 20th-century outshot. To the right, there is a catslide outshot that includes a boarded door, and a half-glazed door is located at the centre. The rear elevation is tile-hung on both floors.
