Description
Boulding House is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed with a timber frame and roughcast, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has one storey and an attic, featuring a hipped roof with gablets, three hipped half-dormers, and chimney stacks on the left end and at the rear right. The windows are arranged irregularly and include a roundel, a bow window, and a metal casement. There is a boarded door set in a half-glazed gabled porch. To the right, there is a brick outshot that is weatherboarded and has garage doors on the front elevation. At the back, there is a two-storey rear wing. Inside, the arch-braced frame is visible.
