Description

Fordswater is a house dating from the 16th century, substantially re-clad in the late 18th century. It is timber-framed and roughcast, with a plain tiled roof. The house is two storeys high and has a hipped roof with gablets, and a central stack. There are catslide outshots to the left and right. The front elevation has two glazing bar sashes on each floor, and a central panelled door.
