Description

This barn, located 15 yards southeast of Ripple Farmhouse, dates back to 1742, as indicated on one of its beams. It features a timber frame clad in weatherboard, resting on a plinth made of flint and brick, topped with a plain tile hipped roof. The structure has a hipped mid-stray and a catslide roof on the left side. Inside, the barn consists of four bays with aisles and a clasped purlin roof. It is included in the listing for its group value.
