Description

The barn and courtyard walls, located 25 meters north of Church Farmhouse, date from the 18th century or earlier. The structure is timber framed and features ragstone weather boarding on the front elevation, topped with a plain tiled roof. It has a hipped roof with a central gabled midstrey. Inside, the barn has a three-bay layout, with aisles and terminal outshots. The ragstone walls are approximately 4 feet high and extend about 25 yards in length, connecting the barn to Church Farmhouse to the south. This building is included for its group value.
