Description

This terrace row comprises numbers 152, 154, 156, and 158 Bridge Street. It dates to approximately 1800. The buildings are constructed of painted brick with some tile hanging, and have a plain tiled roof. They are two storeys high and feature a hipped roof with chimney stacks positioned centrally and to the right. The windows are a mix of sash windows with glazing bars, wooden casements, and sashes. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, a wooden casement, and two sashes. The ground floor features three tripartite sash windows (with a full set of glazing bars in the central left window) and a central wooden casement. A canted bay window is situated to the left. The entrance incorporates a three-panelled door and a half-glazed door to the left, and a glazed door to the right.
