Description

Mill Cottage is a 16th century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on The Street in Little Chart. The building features plaster infilling, except for the first floor of the east front, which has roughcast infilling. It displays curved braces and oversails on the protruding ends of the floor joists, along with brackets. The cottage has a hipped tiled roof and stands two storeys tall. On the north side, there are three casement windows, one of which is a sash window with intact glazing bars.
