Description

Gate Cottage and Gatte House is an L-shaped building with an early 19th-century exterior. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick with grey headers, topped by a tiled roof. The building features two windows on the east side and four windows on the north side, all of which are Dering windows. The eaves cornice is decorated with brick cogging, and there are two shaped Dutch gables facing east and one facing north, each with chimney attic windows. A similar gable end is present on the west side.
