Description

Coppins Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Canterbury Road in Molash. It features channelled render and a plain tile roof, standing two storeys high with a garret above a basement, which is highlighted by a plinth. The building has a central stack with two coupled flues. On each floor, there are four 19th-century segmental wood casements, and the central entrance boasts a six-panelled door with a semi-circular fanlight and sidelights, all set within a gabled porch. Inside, the farmhouse contains an early 17th-century staircase with six flights, an open well leading to the first floor, and dog-leg half landings above, adorned with turned balusters.
