Description
Church Farmhouse is a hall house dating from the 15th century, with a cross-wing added in 1624. It is constructed with a timber frame and has plaster infill on the first floor, while the ground floor is underbuilt in painted brick. The roof is covered with plain tiles. The building is two stories tall, featuring a hall with a chamber-block to the left that has an end jetty. To the right, there is a projecting two-story hipped wing with a first-floor jetty. The house has a central ridge stack and a projecting end stack on the right side. The windows are irregularly arranged and consist of four 20th-century wood casements. There is a 20th-century half-glazed door to the right in the cross-wing. A dragon post on the cross-wing displays the date 1624.
