Description

The Cottage is a small house that was originally a pair of homes, dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The walls are constructed of brickwork in Flemish bond, featuring blue headers and a cambered arch. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The north-west front has two storeys and displays two windows above one window. The windows are casements. There is a boarded door set in a plain frame, topped with a hood supported by brackets. The centre of the front has a filled doorway, while the south side includes an opening for a garage. The building is included for its group value.
