Description

Thorns Cottage is a small house built in the mid-19th century. It features red brick walls laid in Flemish Garden Wall bond, with rubbed flat arches. The hipped slate roof complements the south-west front, which has two storeys and one window. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and there is a simple doorcase with a cornice above a half-glazed door. This building is included for its group value.
