Description
This is an 18th-century barn located at Silkstead Farm, situated 5 meters southwest of Silkstead House. The barn is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a slate roof. It features six bays, with double doors at both ends and additional double doors in the second bay from the right on the house side, along with a door in the center left bay. The roof is half-hipped. Inside, there is a queen post roof supported by windbraces, with braces extending from the posts to the tie and wallplate.
