Description

Soke House is an 18th-century dwelling originally comprising two properties, now combined into a single home, located in New Alresford. The building is constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a tile roof. It is two storeys and has an attic, featuring a tall, half-hipped roof with one modern flat-roofed dormer and brick dentil eaves. The brick walling is painted, and the ground-floor windows are arched. The windows are casements. There is a plain door on the west side, a central six-panelled door with a plain canopy, and a third doorway, formerly leading to number 5, now filled with brickwork.
