House. Cl7 lobby-entrance timber framed house, with early C19 cladding and extension, and C20 restoration. Front wall of stucco, plinth: some painted brickwork at side and rear. Half-hipped tile roof, catslide at rear. Symmetrical south front of two storeys two windows. C20 casements. Plain doorway. The frame is exposed within. The adjoining timber-built water mill has disappeared.
