Description
The Mill House is a 17th century lobby-entrance timber framed house, featuring early 19th century cladding and an extension, with 20th century restoration. The front wall is finished in stucco, with a plinth and some painted brickwork on the side and rear. It has a half-hipped tile roof with a catslide at the rear. The symmetrical south front has two storeys and two windows, fitted with 20th century casements, and a plain doorway. Inside, the timber frame is exposed. The adjacent timber-built water mill has since disappeared.
