The cartshed, located 20 metres southeast of Waltham Chase Mill, is a late 18th century to early 19th century structure that now serves as a garage and store. It is a rectangular building that is open on the northeast side, featuring garage doors at several openings. The walls on three sides are made of flint with brick dressings, while the open side is supported by posts with angle braces. The roof is half-hipped and covered with tiles.
