Description

City Bridge, built in 1813, is a stone structure featuring a single segmental arch made of ashlar. The arch has alternate projecting voussoirs and is topped with a small moulded string. It is complemented by a stone balustrade and wrought iron lampholders. The bridge is part of a group with Nos 1 to 4 Bridge Street and No 1 Water Lane.
