Description

St Mary's College Warden's Lodgings is a building located on College Street, dating from the late 14th century with alterations made in the 18th century. The east side was re-fronted by G S Repton between 1852 and 1855, using coursed knapped flint. The structure has two storeys, with stone at the bottom and brick above, and some windows date back to 1730. It was also partially remodelled in 1692. Inside, there is a chimney piece dated 1615, along with a late 17th century staircase and another chimneypiece. All the listed buildings on College Street are part of a group.
