Description
30 St Cross Road is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick with a slate roof. The main block features three windows, including a two-storey semicircular bay window with sash windows that have glazing bars. Above the windows, there is a Doric pilastered cornice with a moulded cornice running between the sashes on each floor. The central door is flanked by a later porch supported by slender columns that hold up a flat hood. There are two early 19th-century wings; the left wing has one window, while the right wing has three windows.
