Description

St James' Villas, built around 1830, consist of a series of pairs of semi-detached villas located at 3 St James' Lane. These two-storey buildings originally featured two windows in each block, although many have since had additions. Each block is flanked by stuccoed band pilasters and topped with hipped slate roofs. Some of the original glazing bars remain intact, with French windows on the lower level and sash windows above. The entrances to the villas are located at the side.
