Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building, part of a terrace of houses known as St James’ Villas. It is rendered and has two storeys. The front features a single window, and a blank space above the door. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars and blind boxes, set within architrave surrounds. There is a two-panel door with a rectangular window above it, framed by an architrave. The eaves overhang, and the roof is slate-covered.
