Briar Cottage is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is made of painted brick and is topped with a tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact. The entrance has a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets, a low rectangular fanlight, and a door consisting of six fielded panels.
