Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th and 18th centuries and was remodeled in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick with a rendered finish and has a tiled roof. The building is two stories tall with an attic, set on a plinth and includes a cellar. It has a four-window range, with a cross wing at the right end that features a higher tile-hung half-hipped gable above.
The entrance door is located between the left and inner windows and has a 20th-century brick surround with a flat hood supported by carved timber brackets. The windows are 19th-century, featuring camber-headed three-light casements. Clasping buttresses are present at each end of the building, and there is a raised band on the first floor that runs from the left end to between the right and inner windows, where a raised strip extends up to the eaves.
On the first floor, there are five 19th-century two-light casements and a bullseye window above the door. Additionally, there are two 19th-century hipped roof dormers on the roof above the left window. The farmhouse has large ridge stacks situated above the door and between the right and inner bays, where the first-floor band concludes.
