Description
The Manor House is a house that dates from the mid-18th century, with a front range that has been refaced and an earlier building incorporated into it. The rear range has a timber-frame core that is encased in brick, featuring reused medieval stone and flint, while the front range is made of brick with blue headers and has an old plain tile roof. The rear range is three bays wide and has one storey plus an attic, with an 18th-century bay added to the left. The front range is three bays wide, two storeys tall, and also has an attic.
The front features French windows flanked by 18th-century 12-pane sash windows, with all openings having segmental heads and a soldier course above, topped with a blue header course. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sashes and toothed eaves. There are two 20th-century gabled dormers with two-light casements, which are tile-hung above. The house has an end stack.
