Description
Nos 6 and 8 West Street is a house and shops dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The building features stucco, painted brickwork, and a tile roof. It has two storeys and an attic, with two upper windows. There are dormers with casement windows, upper sashes, and one 19th-century angular bay window. The ground floor includes three shopfronts, consisting of one angular bay and two rectangular bays. There is a service door on the east side, which has a short flat-roofed extension.
