Description

This stable block and cartshed, located 15 yards southwest of Church Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It features brick and boarded walls with a thatched roof. The roof is hipped, with a lower ridge above the cartshed. The cartshed has a timber frame consisting of three bays and a Queen post truss, open to the north, boarded to the east, and with a brick wall at the rear. There are two ventilation openings and five doorways leading to the stable.
