Description
The Rectory is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick, with some areas rendered, and features a slate roof. The building has a regular front facing east, comprising two storeys and four windows. It has a low-pitched hipped roof supported by spaced carved brackets. The painted walls are built in Flemish Garden Wall bond, with rubbed flat arches above the windows. The windows are casements with leaded lights set within frames that have rounded corners.
At the front, there is a porch supported by poles, featuring square trellis infilling and a hipped slate roof, along with a half-glazed door. The symmetrical south elevation also has four windows, which include oval-arched French windows situated beneath a verandah that has a hipped slate roof. On the west side of the building, there are three and a half windows, a recessed arched entrance, a splayed bay, and a French window set within a painted opening.
