Description

Manor Farm House is a cottage built in 1706, as indicated by a tablet on the building. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a thatched roof. The house is 1½ storeys high and has three bays. The left central bay contains a 20th-century door set in a segmental-headed opening, while the other bays feature 2-light casement windows. The end bays also have 2-light casements located in eyebrow dormers. In the center of the house, there is a high-set tablet that reads 'Erected 1706 T Cole, W H Attwood overseers'. The roof includes a ridge piece and end stacks. Additionally, there is a 20th-century garage at the right end of the property.
