Description
The stables and wall located 5 meters southwest of The Greyhound are from the 18th and 19th centuries. The structure features cob with slate coping for the wall, and the stables are made of cob, colorwashed brick, and weatherboarding, topped with an old plain tile and slate roof. Adjacent to the inn is an 18th-century three-bay brick stable with a cob wall facing the road. On the yard side, there are central double doors, and each end bay has a stable door or a two-light casement window, all beneath a half-hipped tiled roof. At the far end, there is a low three-bay weatherboarded shed with a cob wall along the roadside. The yard side of the shed has double doors and windows. The wall, which is 2.5 meters high, extends 30 meters further and is included for its group value.
