Description
The walls to the churchyard west of St Mark's Church are from the early 18th century and have been much repaired. They are constructed of brick and topped with heavy stone coping. The walls stand about 1 meter high and run south along the road for 55 meters, starting in front of The Close, which is connected by a timber gate. There is a break in the wall for a gateway hallway, and the coping features a gabled design.
