Description
This is an L-shaped barn range located 15 meters south of Brewery House, dating from the late 19th century. The structure is built of cob with brick dressings and features a timber-frame thatched roof. The barn consists of a lower five-bay section that is higher up and a taller seven-bay section that runs down the slope. The upper range includes an open cob outshot bay, a bay beside it, and three bays with doors. At the left end, there is a taller range with a ridge at the same height. The second bay is open, leading into what was originally a four-bay cob barn that has a stable door, and at the end, there is another stable door in a weatherboarded bay, with a 19th-century cart-shed in front. The roof is hipped. Inside, there is a queen strut roof made of rough timber and 19th-century timber trusses.
